In response to consultation and feedback with our NSW Sydney Regional Service Providers the NDIA Stakeholder Engagement, Quality and Finance teams are jointly running a series of workshops to assist Providers with using the myplace portal and offer one to one technical support where needed.
Please nominate the person who is responsible for using the myplace portal in your organisation. The person attending the workshop will need to bring a laptop and wifi device to be able to login and participate in the session.
It is important to remember that the purpose of the workshop is to enhance but not replace your internal staff training and development and it is expected that your nominated staff will transfer their learnings to their work colleagues.
