Jan shares the vision her family had for Jack and how they used that to help them determine his goals for an NDIS plan and also facilitate their more important goals of developing natural supports within the community. This workshop can help families kick-start their preparation and planning for the NDIS and think about goals for their family member that can support the person’s interests and development.
